There is only so much you can learn about a wedding vendor from scrolling Instagram.

Sometimes you need to see it in person.

We recently packed up FotoHaus and headed to The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, Iowa for their vendor open house, where we got to spend the day meeting prospective brides, chatting about wedding plans and catching up with some of our favorite local vendors.

Basically, our kind of afternoon.

Meeting Couples Before the Big Day

Wedding open houses are one of our favorite opportunities to actually talk with couples.

Instead of trying to imagine how a photo booth might fit into your reception from a picture online, you can step inside, take a photo and see exactly what your guests would experience on your wedding day.

And FotoHaus tends to get people’s attention.

Our enclosed, vintage-inspired photo booth gives guests a little privacy to let loose behind the curtain while still becoming a beautiful part of the reception space itself.

For the Fountains Ballroom open house, we brought Haus with a custom marquee, giving couples another look at just how much the exterior of the booth can be personalized.

Your Photo Booth Can Be Part of the Wedding Design

One thing we love talking about with couples is customization.

Your wedding photo booth doesn’t have to feel like a piece of equipment someone rolled into the corner.

FotoHaus can be customized with exterior panels, signage, marquee lights and other details that help the booth complement the look and feel of your wedding.

Romantic and elegant? We can work with that.

Bold and colorful? Absolutely.

Want your names glowing above the booth? Now we’re talking.

It’s one of the reasons we love bringing Haus to wedding open houses. Once couples see her in person, it’s much easier to imagine how she could look at their reception.

Getting to Know the People Behind Your Wedding Vendors

The other thing we love about events like this?

Actually getting to know people.

Choosing wedding vendors is about more than checking things off a planning list. These are the people who will be there on one of the biggest days of your life.

Getting to have real conversations with prospective brides, hear what they’re planning and answer questions face-to-face is something we’ll take over an inquiry form any day.

And getting to do it alongside other talented wedding vendors from the area makes it even better.

Wedding Photo Booths in Glenwood, Omaha and Beyond

The Fountains Ballroom is just a short trip from the Omaha metro, and we love getting to bring FotoFunSpot experiences across the river for Glenwood and Southwest Iowa weddings.

Whether you’re getting married in Glenwood, Council Bluffs, Omaha or somewhere in between, our team can help you create a photo experience that feels like it was designed specifically for your wedding.

If you met us at The Fountains Ballroom open house, hi again! 👋 We loved getting to meet you.

And if you’re still dreaming up your wedding plans, we’d love to keep the conversation going.

Let’s make something fun.
